One of my favourite things about freelancing is that I can make whatever I want for lunch, and sometimes, that includes indulgent and delicious dinners.

Gone are the days of making a rushed packed lunch in the morning, and I love coming up with inventive meals as a lunchtime treat. I’ve put together some tasty, indulgent lunch ideas for remote workers.

  1. Terrific! I can’t tell you how much time I’ve spent googling “easy lunch ideas” this year. I like the sound of chickpea fritters especially. The smart money is also on making enough dinner the night before that you can slop out the remainders for lunch the next day.
