I love Charlotte’s lifestyle blog, full of blog posts about fitness and exercise. She writes relatable posts about how to keep up fitness motivation, and I find her posts so helpful when I’m stuck in a workout rut.

Charlotte discusses fitness influencers that you need to follow to encourage your exercise journey, and she shares her favourite health and fitness apps with all her followers.
