5 Delicious Mocktails to Make at Home

I recently made some delicious mocktails with my sibling! It was so much fun to use a proper cocktail shaker and feel like a mixologist for the day.

All of our mocktails were completely alcohol-free, and I loved finding easy mocktail recipes online.

We even experimented with our own mocktail recipes when we wanted to create something new!

Sometimes, it can feel like the whole world is geared towards alcoholic drinks.

If you’re trying to reduce your alcohol consumption or you just fancy avoiding that Sunday morning hangover, a mocktail is a great alternative that still tastes delicious.

I’ve put together 5 delicious mocktails to make at home. I hope you find a recipe you enjoy, whether you’re hosting a party or you fancy making mocktails as a fun date idea.

1. Fruit Punch

Fruit punch is a classic mocktail choice, full of delicious fruit juice and pretty fruit garnishes.

The fruit punch we made had a base of cranberry juice, and we finished it off with wedges of lime on the side of the glass.

This delicious mocktail is perfect to make at home with a bit of experimentation. You could use orange juice or even lemon juice as a refreshing party mocktail.

2. Virgin Mojito

If you love a mojito as much as me, then the virgin mojito is the perfect mocktail to make at home!

Use plenty of mint and lime just like the alcoholic version, and don’t forget to include lots of ice in the glass.

The virgin mojito is a delicious mocktail to make at home and enjoy with friends at your next party or fun celebration.

3. Fruity Mocktail

The fruity mocktail is another great mocktail idea for your Summer party!

Instead of alcohol and spirits, this mocktail is full of fruits, juice and it’s perfect for kids or those who just want a break from alcoholic drinks.

Whether you live a sober lifestyle or you want to make sure your party is kid-friendly, this fruity mocktail is delicious!

4. Passion Fruit Martini

I was so excited to make this mocktail, as I love passion fruit!

I always think it looks great on a fancy cocktail in a restaurant or bar. This delicious mocktail is sweet and tasty, and I just wish I’d had a proper martini glass to serve it in.

The key with passion fruit is to include plenty of sugar to offset the sour taste of the fruit.

Me and my sibling put sugar around the rim of the glass, which definitely satisfied our sweet tooth!

5. Mock champagne

Mock champagne is the perfect mocktail to make at home if you’re planning a big celebration. Champagne is the ultimate celebratory drink for a graduation, engagement or big birthday.

Looking just like normal champagne, this mocktail can help you celebrate without a headache the next day.

We didn’t actually make this mocktail, but I’m excited to try it out and serve it in some tall champagne flutes.

  1. I love this!! One of my close family members can’t drink and tbh I don’t like the taste of most alcoholic drinks, especially spirits so maybe we could have a mocktail night 😀

Might also get the little one involved & she can have a fruity one. She would love that 😁
